Drinking this morning's yummy, creamy Smoothie out of my stainless steel beer mug. I've had it since I was a teen. My name is engraved on it.
Smoothie ingredients: 2 - 3 cups coconut water, a few dry stevia leaves, one avocado (or half of a large one in this case), flax oil, half blender full of spinach, one banana.
Oh, yeah. I'm going to go blend a smoothie right now. You inspired me. AND I do have fresh spinach in the house. Ha!
