SNAGTT (Special Needs Advocacy Group) is raising money to purchase CPR kits which they will use to train primary school teachers in CPR.  In support of this project, Thou Art Yoga will host a special Kundalini Yoga class (followed by customized cupcakes) at RISE, the rooftop of The Carlton Savannah Hotel, Cascade—Saturday 16th April 2011, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Beginners are welcome! And, for those who don't have mats, The Sangha (formerly Moksha, where I teach my Tuesday evening class) is kindly providing a collection of extra mats for the evening.

All proceeds go to the purchase of kits for training.
