Yum

From my first batch of Raw Golden Milk

I love boiled Golden Milk, but this raw Golden Milk that I made the other day was also fantastic, in a different way.

For the "milk" part I used sunflower seeds, blended in water until they form a thick creamy liquid. You can either use the "milk" like that (if you like tasting the gritty bits as you drink) or you can strain it for a smoother taste.
