Wearing the mask, I saw haze rising above the mountains and I knew that one day that haze will not be from the dust of the dry season, but from pollution not fit for human lungs. One day there will be nowhere in the world we can go to escape it.

love this project... especially the way the writing belongs to the person in the photo...
I actually went back a few days to the bumper sticker and how you arrived just about on time and I was moved so much by that. It is correct in knowing that time does seem to stand still when needed. That is one of those things that has to be experienced to understand, don't you think? KC
Perhaps more like something that needs to be 'realised' to understand.
