Love, like kindness, arises from inner necessity. It is a complete and spontaneous expression of one's nature. To deny love is to deny one's existence. To deny the great love of one's life is to nullify a part, if not all, of one's vital force. It is to block that which is completely healing, both to the self, and to the beloved.
