It happens all the time in heaven,
And some day
It will begin to happen
Again on earth -
That men and women who are married,
And men and men who are
Lovers,
And women and women
Who give each other
Light,
Often will get down on their knees
And while so tenderly
Holding their lover's hand,
With tears in their eyes,
Will sincerely speak, saying,
My dear,
How can I be more loving to you;
How can I be more kind?

I just wrote about a simple act of kindness and loving my uncle did this past weekend while we were visiting: " I had handed the journal to my uncle first, who was sitting across from Mimi. He started to look at it...looked up over to where she was sitting. Closed the book. Stood up slowly...moved his walker/seat over to be next to her and put the book in her lap and then they looked at it together. It was such a statement of his love and concern for her." They are 92 yrs old each/still here on earth/and still very much in love and very very loving to each other.
I also wrote today about how my DH took me to find some sunflowers (with out my asking) so I could photograph them!....it feels good to see and receive this kind of love, and to give it too.
Lovely! Or rather . . . LOVE-ly.
