I spent yesterday evening recording the vocals on the Tak Har version of the healing mantra, Ra Ma Da Sa (listen to link above). Just as I finished and saved the file, I checked my email and there was a message from a yoga associate in Toronto requesting that "fellow yogis" chant this mantra on behalf of one of my friends and Kundalini Yoga peers, Salimah.
As they say, nothing is a coincidence.
So I dedicate this rendition to Salimah. The request that was sent is to meditate on Ra Ma Da Sa for at least the next three days and send the energy to her. For all who hear it—may the healing energy you project by listening, visualizing and/or chanting along with this return to you and your loved ones an infinite number of times, in an infinite number of ways.

Wow, Lynn—you're quite a poet!
Thank you very much for your selfless service via sharing this invaluable and informative article that includes the links for more details where I read something new. I am familiar with meditation and I know something about mudra science, yoga and when it comes to mantra, to knowledge it is about breath control and for the first time I learnt from your link line about Mantra’s tongue science that impact on brain and nerves. Thank you for reminding learning has no end. Well, when it comes to ETHREE Poem, I only remember the rules and structure and I presume it is a French Style Poem (I’m sorry! I am not sure.).

Thank you for your interest, interaction and feedback. Yes, the tongue science of mantras is interesting—like pressing keys on a computer to send messages. Re the Etheree poem format—interesting. I never knew about it until I saw yours.
