It's been a while since I've blogged, but life has been going on as usual behind the scenes.
Join us for yoga today at our new Port-of-Spain venue---the YWCA, Alexandra Street, opposite Ministry of Education. From 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. More details here. Beginners are welcome.
This will be the last POS class I'm teaching before flying out again for part two of the project.
